Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your gear is on the move. We don’t believe in unnecessary waiting, especially when it comes to your new stuff.
Shipping times depend on your location. Most Benelux orders arrive within 2-5 working days, but this is subject to change. You can check the tracking link for more detailed information, as we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Currently, we only ship to The Netherlands and Belgium. But stay tuned, we’re working on expanding into Europe as fast as your Fran time.
Returns
Yes, no stress. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return it within 14 days using the return label. For a direct exchange, please get in touch with us via email to support@baselinepro.nl
Use our return portal and follow the steps. Print the label, pack it up, and drop it off. Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. A shipping fee of €6 is applied for returns, and is on your own expense.
That’s on us. Send a photo and your order number to our support team on support@baselinepro.nl. We’ll sort it out quickly, no back and forth.
