We know waiting isn't part of your plan. That's why we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your gear is on the move.
Shipping times depend on your location. Most Benelux orders arrive within 2-5 working days, but this is subject to change. You can check the tracking link for more detailed information, as we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

RETURNS
Sometimes the fit or feel just isn't right, and that's okay. You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return through our return portal. Follow the steps, print the label, pack it up, and drop it off.
Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
A shipping fee of €6 is applied for returns, payable when you register your return.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, that's on us. Reach out directly at support@baselinepro.nl and we'll make it right.
